twice a day worked for me. i used to mix shitty whey protein with orange metamucil three of more times a day but i got real sick of the flavor

Front Squats: 135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 255x1, 275x1, 285x1 (PR)...haven't done front squat in a good long time, so even despite the PSMF fog I managed a PR. pretty sure I could get 300 on a normal eating day.

weight loss has stalled, in fact i'm up a lb or so. gotta analyze what i'm doing wrong. sticking around 2K calories per day and getting what i feel like is plenty of exercise, so either it's just a plateau and time will make the difference, or i need to look into some other form of dieting. we'll see.
I've lost some weight in the last year and I'm pretty obsessive about graphing my weight daily. The graph often plateaus, but if I figure I'm doing everything right, I shouldn't let it bother me. What happens, in my experience, is that one day in the future --- a week, two weeks --- the weight starts dropping again. A lot of weight.

If you are holding 2K calories and working hard, as you log shows, I wouldn't worry about a pound gained or a plateau. In a little while, the weight is going to start dropping like a stone.

lift PRs have been tough going since dropping weight. was surprised to get this one.

other stuff: bunch of situps, 4x5 GHR

weekly weigh in tomorrow. hoping to get into the 230s.
