I like the snow because of the skiing,but at the same time I can`t wait until it gets warmer.
I can`t do regular standing presses or push presses.If I do I might destroy the ceiling in the basement!
Hope the heat duct stands up to the punishment(no hidden damage).

I have a low ceiling too. I took the duct out and rerouted it between the floor joists

Ran the new O course 3 times this morning.
Because of my lack of running I missed the record by 30 seconds or so. By summer it should be mine.
For the record out of 32 people only 19 completed all the obstacles.

National Guard reserve unit just finished building it. I am volunteering my time to help the kids learn how to negotiate the course better and working on strengthening some weaker guys. All for fun. And access to the O course.

I like that Trx series.I added kind of a W movement as well.I always get loads of lactic acid in the rear delts with that series (short rest between sets).
