USMC issue Highland Games equipment. The caber was something to see; he probably had the caber at a 50-60 degree angle from his body and was able to muscle it back in. Twice.

As for no technique-- he seems to be one of those people with crazy motor recruitment ability. He can watch someone do something and then do it. Bastard.

There doesn`t seem to be any highland games here in Sweden.Checked a couple of weeks ago as it seems to be a lot of fun.

You need to get your own thing. They do farmers at the Tulsa Games, the Thistle in Yukon, and I think a games somewhere that does a stone carry.

Anyone have experience with hip belt squats? They definitely worked my legs pretty fucking good, but I'm not doing them again unless I can avoid further punishment on the soft tissues.

shrug/curl/squat/calf raise iso,
with 5lbs in each hand, made it 2:00.

Floating in lactic acid by the time this was done. More physically smoked than I've been in a long time. I keep these up, I'll sure build some fucking stamina.
