I've got too many irons in the fire at the moment with work changes, and upcoming move, etc.

OTOH, i've let my working out slip way too much. As a result, I'm feeling less and less good.

Sooo, I'm gonna try and log the workouts to help me stick with them. It'll be a mixed bag of stuff-basically whatever I feel like doing I'm gonna do. I just want to do it as frequently as possible.

My move will be complete Jan 1. There will be a transitional period this fall where I'm living in two states and practicing at two trauma centers. Until then, I have no specific goals other than to avoid becoming a fat lazy bastard!

Sounds like a good plan. Feeling some weird obligation to post here has gotten me to do at least something on days I didn't want to do anything. Good luck with the move. Sounds like a stressful process.

6/12-plank (hip tucked, lats flared) on knuckles 2:45. forearms for :30
2pd Darc swings 5X20
TCC short for 30 min
water rower for 30.
serving teacups for a bit.

6/14-planks, didn't set timer
TCC
about 3-4 hours of elevated heart rate while I got a tat worked on.

6/16-no workout last night-date night. Today: mace swings 20X20---fucking ouch. Plank holds didn't time. TCC Tonight I'm gonna be getting another 3-4 hours of tattoo work-I swear that must be calorie burning.
