Pretty much in the same spot. Just rowing and riding my bike around mostly, and no sense logging that. The calisthenics I do isn't worth mentioning.

Let the ennui pass with the summer heat and get back at it with renewed vigor in the fall. May try to better my 5k erg race time in October. Or I'll just keep on rowing and riding for pleasure and hitting my BW and yoga and be the skinny old dude at the nursing home......

I am reeeeally enjoying Gymnastics Bodies Foundation program, YRG and riding trails. I do plan on getting back to the barbell and kb's in a few months with some basic 50/20 EDT type stuff, but right now I am feeling good.
