Just trying to get a groove going again.

Wednesday Oct 26
Ten minutes standing nei kung
Ten minutes silk reeling
Five minutes TGUs with 35
Ten minutes swings\planks

Five months ago I was making decent progress and then life went to shit. I haven't done anything consistently since. Keeping a log is a good motivator so I'm back. In a few weeks I should have some idea what I'm trying for and my shit should be together enough to work toward it.

Well, it seemd like a good idea.

35lb kettlebell, TGU 5\5, swings, 3x10\10\10\10
Foam roller
-i really need to get consistent. The plan for now is to do some nei kung and kettlebells just about every day for a weeks, until I can get back into a gym. Then lift two or three days a week and do nei kung every day on kettlebell conditiong through winter.
