My opinion is to be selective of the moves you bring into your game.
Only bring in moves that will beat the best players in the world.
Work those moves in every position.
Abandon the rest.
MFP, are you advising to work on moves that are generally high-percentage in high level competition, or is it more an experimental process of what works for an individual grappler as he competes against his betters?

I did a good job & got rewarded with an additional 14 personnel to complete the job, & roughly 5 additional months.
Shows what working hard gets me.
Weight loss is online, I'm in the 170s now, will be headed to the 160's on the next rotation back.
