Warm Up:
Turkish get ups
Air squats

Training:
Bench Press 5/3/1/5/3/1/5/3/1
Horizontal Pull Ups 3x10
Back Squat 2/3/4/2/3/4
Good Mornings 3x10
Pull Ups 3x10
Med Ball Slam 30 secs on 30 secs off for 10 mins


Current weight 174 lbs. Diet is shit (as always). Did 225 lbs on bench and 205 lbs on squats. Med ball is non-bounce 40 lbs. Squats are hard right now because I'm so damn weak. Hurt myself doing box squats while deployed about seven or eight months ago and just starting to do them again. 205 felt heavy as hell.

Screwed around with a KB for a while
Ab wheel 5x5

Weight: 177 lbs
