Just lifting

Post by tough old man » Mon Mar 26, 2012 12:38 am

Modified a little by changing the deadlifts to 3x3 with a trap bar and adding boardwork in phase 2

Week 1 workout 1 58%
8 work sets of 6 Bench
6 work sets of 5 Squats
5 work sets of 5 Deads

Deads will change to 3x3 @ 80% with a trap bar.

Squats worked up to singles and doubles at 415.
No energy even with a preworkout energy drink (neurocore). All it did was make my skin tingle and my ears buzz.
