Today:

Deadlifts: Worked up to an easy single with 200kg, then did 160kg x 10.

Did some one handed snatches with 50kg, and then some incline benches for sets of 5 with 80kg.

Managed to make it to a gym once so far in Israel, and got a quick workout in.

Push Press: 100kg: 10 singles. 90kg: 3 triples

Deadlift: 60,100,140,180,200,220kg: 1

Beltless deadlift: 180kg: 1 easy

Dumbell push press: 57kg dumbell: x2 Massive PR.

Felt pretty cool to push press over two thirds of my bodyweight with one hand.

Managing to make it to the gym about twice a week, but not eating great, and not sleeping great either, so I'm sort of happy to just maintain my strength here in israel. I don't have time to post all my workouts, but most look something like this.

Push press: (belt on): work up to a few top singles, with either 100kg, 102.5kg or 105kg.

Push press: (belt off): either some singles with 100kg, or doubles/triples with 90kg.

Dumbell push press: (belt on): (right hand only): I use the 57kg/125 lb dumbell, and do a couple of sets. I'd like to get a set of 5 with it by the end of the month. Got a set of 3 today. That's 1 clean, and 3 push presses. On arm obviously.

Deadlifts: (belt on) work up to either top single with 220kg, or a few singles with 200/210kg.

Deadlifts: (belt off): either do some singles with 180, or some speed deficits with 140kg. Just do a bunch of singles/doubles/ triples till I'm tired.

If I have any energy left I do some curls or dumbell/barbell rows.

My bodyweights holding steady at around 85kg.

Pretty much still doing the same workout roughly twice a week. Nothing new to report.

Got a decent PR with a 60kg one hand barbell snatch today though. Did several singles with it.

I like the workouts you're doing here. You still aiming at a SM comp if possible? Enjoy Israel anyway - how long you there for?

Hey Odin, just got back this week. Had a fantastic time.

I probably wont be doing a comp for a while.

Still training, a few PR's here and there. Sessions are very short due to little time. Tonights session looked like:

Deadlift: (no belt): Up to 200kg/440lbs x 1= beltless PR

190kg x 5 singles

Some strict 1 arm military presses with 40kg dumbell.

Some 1 arm deadlifts with 110kg.

Bunch of speed deadlifts with 150kg.

Went to train in Genesis Gym in Wembley today. Watched a guy do a pretty easy belt only deadlift with 650 when i got there, so felt like a bit of a pussy. Got some nice PR's though due to equipment I don't have access to elsewhere.

Bodyweight: 83-84kg.

Deadlifts: No belt up to 200 kg. Added a belt and went up to 220kg.

Push presses: No belt up to an easy triple with 90kg/ 200lbs. Added a belt for an easy double with 100kg.

Dumbell push presses: No belt, worked up to an easy 55kg dumbell. Added a belt and got the 60kg dumbell. PR.

Snatched the 40kg kettlebell.

Flipped a 520 lb tire a couple of times. Fuck that was hard. First time I've ever flipped a tire though, and my technique was a bit shit.
