P90X v2

First workout that almost made me puke. I did the Back and Base(plyo) last night and at about the 45 minute mark it was bad.

are you still carb backloading out of interest? If so, how's it working out, or what brought it to an end if you've dropped it?

Mostly yes.
The coffee drink lasts til @ 3 and I eat some meat, cheese and veggies. Then when I get home @ 8 I have a good dinner. Protein shake before bed. Still eat a few oreos a day too.
There are days I dont feel like eating and days I eat all day once in a while too.

Interesting, cheers. I asked because after deciding against utilising it I've found I'm naturally gravitating towards something resembling it anyway, so wondered if I should just go with the flow or try and get a grip of myself... Interesting to see longer term feedback on dietary styles. The first 4-6 weeks on any diet seems to yield results. If you're still at it a year later there's probably some merit in it.
