Hey guys,
I wrote about my experience with "Bodyweight Exercise Revolution", an e-book put out by CST coaches Adam Steer & Ryan Murdock. I lost 17 friggin pounds in about 2 months doing the Fat Burning routine, & this was while I was sick & hurt. So far I've lost 19 lbs & am in the middle of the Hypertrophy routine.
It's a pretty great program for anyone interested in CST or Bodyweight workouts.
Here's the the link:

If you want a good laugh, check out my picture - keep in mind it was a joke, my wife took the pic & I posted on my Facebook. Coach Steer saw it & used the damn pic for the write-up.
Enjoy!

Thank you again, Mr. Scorpio for your constant vigilance. Once again you have single-handely held off an incursion by the Gay Latino Nazi Mafia. You are a hero.

Gay sex would be classified as bodyweight exercise.
Were you the stunt double catcher for Brokeback Mountain?

I'm curious why you would have wanted to promote this product given your relatively small contribution to IGx culture, except for being a minor player in the KJWCJ organization.
On a related note: Did you trade sexual favors for instructional materials with the authors?

Are you guys all gay & retarded? One of the 1st things I said was the picture was a joke.
Hugo,
Don't let the fellas scare you, I'm sure you have a lot to offer the IGx community, and I'm sure that your beard is very proud of the picture she took. Maybe you should introduce yourself properly by answering a few questions:
Which Jonas Brother do you think is the hottest?
What color Subaru Outback do you drive?
What colors do you paint your kettlebells to
really express yourself?
How often do you do parcour?
What is your relationship with Wilkins (I'm guessing something like 'It's complicated')?
There are lots of guys like you who you will relate with here-- POD, GDG, and @ have probably set off your radar already, but there are plenty of ex @fitters that you will get along well with too. Remember, helping you come to terms with what is obvious is the kind of therapy we offer.

Agreed. Also useful if you are looking for a good template on practicing Forward Pressure and/or Flow Fit I. Some of the videos do a better job helping you understand stuff like the pushups variations and the spinal rocks than the source material. I like it, and plan to stick with their template for Flow Fit I for the rest of the summer.
