York or New York?

York has some fine bars out there that seem to be pretty inexpensive.

Definitely a York. The new knurling tore the hands up a little.

Maybe you should back off a touch. You should be a bit sore, but fresh.

Doing sets on "nerve", like the old timers used to say, should be reserved before a deload or layoff, so you can supercompensate.
