My son runs a server. When I was 18, I lifted, drank, and tried to get laid. Oh, and went to college. Him? Runs a fucking mine craft server while in high school.

Near 13 year old kid can't get enough. Actually requires some intelligence, creativity and cooperation.

My 14 year old is big into it but I know fuck all about it other than he builds shit all the time.

It looks like fun, especially the near-infinity of the sandbox. And it looks interesting in a smarty-pants way because people are creating things like 16-bit computers IN the game of Minecraft with various blocks they find or craft. It also looks like a game that will hi-jack your brain's reward system and make you stay indoors all the time.

I played Centipede back in '85. I really liked Donkey Kong too. There was no donkey in the game.
