This stuff is golden. 2 tabs at night before bed and next morning look out below.
Mag Citrate is still the bomb for making weight but this stuff is life affirming.
Louis Armstrong was a big fan

Have you guys ever evacuated so much waste that part of the deuce-age is above water?
Happened to me like 10 min ago.
I thank Swiss Kriss.
Normally, faithfully, I deploy the courtesy flush even when alone but this A.M. it all happened so quick that I just had no time to flush flush and so like any normal person I perused the results and holy moly I eat more than I think I eat.
