Pretty good for the money. Not as tasty as a good salmon steak of course, but a good quick protein and healthy fat meal for a couple bucks.

The bumblee salmon in foil bag is good as well.

I think it tastes a lot better than the stuff from a can. Because I backpack a lot, I use this stuff often. It's light, no added water or oil so you don't have a messy can to carry out, and it's good.
