Pissed at Columbia Sportswear

Actually, I'm pissed at one of their outlets, in Myrtle Beach. I went there looking for some sandals. I found a "hiking pair" and a "wet pair."
I was armed with some coupons from a local coupon book. They all said "One coupon per person per transaction." Not "per day" or "per visit." The last time I checked "transaction" meant that I give them money, they give me product.
To make a long story short, they wouldn't let me use two coupons on the same day. This despite the fact that my sister in law had used 2 on the same visit the day before and my wife had done the same about 5 minutes before. The manager was a total ass about it.
(Naturally I sent my wife in ten minutes later and she got the 2nd pair for me, with no problem.) So I got what I was there for but they were total dicks about it. How do I go about talking to the company to make life extremely unpleasant for the manager?
