Re: Beer!!!
Been in Burlington, VT for the past 4 days and I have to say I really dig the local Long Trail and Magic Hat beers. Particularly dig the Magic Hat #9. We're heading over to the Magic Hat Brewery today :drinkers: :drinkers: :drinkers: before heading back to Atlanta and the "real world" tomo...

Re: Purposeful Primative
Yep, Marty always manages to skate around the juice topic. He sure loves to rip on and trash powerlifting support gear (you know, stuff that IS legal in competition) but when it comes to the fact practically every lifter he profiles is on the sauce, no mention. Guess it's not considered cheating the...

Re: Metallica in Detroit@Joe Louis Arena
Is the sword still on sanctuary records? A good friend of mine from high school used to work at sanctuary and managed Lamb of God, (Bruce Dickenson, Robert Plant, Priest and many other notables as well) and said they got Sword their first record deal due to Lamb of God giving him Sword's demo. He le...

Re: Headblade
The headblade comes with a black gillette sensor adaptor. I cut the shit out of my head with the headblade twin blade but the sensor blades I have yet to even get a nick and it shaves great. Good luck!

Re: Headblade
I love the headblade. I use the sport (the one with the wheels) and I'm a total merchandise whore so I have the team thug beanie, t-shirt, travel kit, etc. The headblade sport comes with an adaptor for the sensor blades (I like the sensor blades better than the headblade dual blade, but I did get so...

I was having one of my athletes push it around the yard yesterday (experiment on someone else first I always say) and my malamute was jumping around in the backyard like a little kid Christmas morning. I could tell he was jealous. All he wanted was for it to drop a good 65-70 degrees, 2 feet of snow...

Elite Fitness Power Rack
Finally got my power rack in and it was worth the wait, just like my GHR. I got the sick of your gym "A" package which actually was the rack and bench combo (I got it with additional weight racks on the back end of it), sled w/straps, texas power bar +445lbs of plates, and a couple boxes o...

Scott, Congrates on the Gyms! The 2nd one is along the lines of what a couple of usj have been looking into. Good for you and much continued success! Thanks! Unfortunately the 2nd one will be a more later than sooner deal, but will be very cool when it's up an running. Good luck with your business ...

Re: Elite Fitness GHR (finally!)
-took about a month to get, this is disappointing because EFS's equipment is manufactured by Williams Strength which is located in SC, very close to ATL; I am planning on opening up two more strength training facilities (one very soon) and will be purchasing enough EFS gear to outfit a small S&...

Shaf, Good point, however there are suttle differences in their equipment and WIlliams. EFS stuff is custom made for EFS - if you look at the GHR's closely you can see it, the main difference is the hyped up pad angle. Williams' GHR's do not have the angle, but Elites do. The pad angle does make a d...

Elite Fitness GHR (finally!)
And it was worth the wait! This thing is awesome. I stand by my previous assessment of the NYBB GHR, it's a good piece of equipment for someone who doesn't want to drop almost a grand to do a glute ham raise. If you are under 240 or so and you will only be using it once or twice a week the NYBB mode...

Scott, If I recall correctly, you were quite pleased with (what I believe is the much less costly,) NY Barbell GHR, yes ? Just curious, if my recollection is accurate, why the upgrade ? The HFFH is one big tittied, tight pussied version of a head strap. The kind that drops by for a booty call, and tells you to put it in her ass to finish off. Shaf, I take back my review! You nailed it! LOL! Excellent, you should send this to Strossen and see if they can advertise this way in Milo!...

Ironmind Headstrap Fit for Hercules
This thing is awesome, easily the best neck harness I've ever used. I have a crappy nylon everlast harness and have used the $30 adjustable leather harness you can buy pretty much anywhere, but neither come close to the Ironmind. If all you care to do is use a harness for neck extensions the cheaper...

NY Barbells Safety Squat Bar
I ordered this thing 2-months ago and it was backorderd, just got it yesterday. Anything else I've purchased from them as arrived in 2-3 days so this was a disappointment, not much you can do about a backorder though. It's supposedly rated up to 1000lbs (something I will never have to worry about te...
