Cool thing about xfit is the way they encourage average people to try out different things. In the spring, I got excited about acrobatics stuff again after many years, when I was reading their page. I think of xfit as some sort of fitness gallery page, and a collection of cool workouts and exercises...

I'd like to see a MMA fight between an xfitter and some other elite system representative, for example the CST (or is that elite?). After that, on the same day, a competition featuring a selected workout from each system. Then we would know who's TRULY elite.

This is a great thread. I've learned way more than I ever wanted. When I discovered Xfit for the first time, I thought that the varying workouts were fun and new. But the "elite" stuff and puking for the sake of manliness is just stupid. I'm no expert in fitness or exercise, and this talk ...
