Meant to reply to this like a week ago, but my account went inactive for a bit and I couldn't log in.
Yeah, I have come to appreciate that sustaining a very large weight loss long term is a pretty rare thing, so I will try to chime in with some stuff I have found helps keep the demon at bay over the last couple years when I get a chance.
