I dislike him greatly.

In his defense I haven't been in around 10 years but that doesn't change my thoughts about him. I am told I need the extra special hypersonic tactical cleaning that will take 3 hours. On the plus side I don't have any cavities.

I should visit these people more frequently.

I think that ever 6 months for a cleaning shit is overblown. No way you need to have somebody else brush your teeth for you that often. Floss, rinse, brush twice a day and you're doing about all you can to prevent a tooth shit storm.

From my experience, you either have good luck in the cavity department or you don't.

The 6-month thing is really more for them to look at your teeth than actually clean them, and, yeah, if you're actually flossing, you're going to be okay. But do you realize how few people actually floss?

Deep cleaning AKA root scaling and planing has a shocking variance in cost. Shop around.

I brush 2-3 times a day and floss. I still need the 6 month cleaning. I got fast developing tarter skillz.
