Ray Bradbury, the science fiction-fantasy master who transformed his childhood dreams and Cold War fears into telepathic Martians, lovesick sea monsters, and, in uncanny detail, the high-tech, book-burning future of "Fahrenheit 451," has died. He was 91.
He died Tuesday night, his daughter said Wednesday. Alexandra Bradbury did not have additional details.

The guy could write. I like his short story collection, October Country. Especially the story Fog Horn. (The love sick sea monster mentioned above.)

I can't find this on Kindle and am in the mood to read something other than Fahrenheit 451. Need some recommendations from Bradbury aficionados.

Martian Chronicles and Illustrated Man are both good. One nice thing about Bradbury is that a lot of his stuff is available in cheap pocket sized paperbacks-- may work as a backup when the Kindle's battery runs low.
