So the women are held to the same standard as men on the IOC course, and fail. Sounds like the system works - if a woman comes along who can pass the course, she'll have earned her place.
No reason for the usual suspects to bitch and moan, though they will anyway.

IOC wasn't created until after women were integrated with men at TBS. They used to train separately and TBS was the infantry training for infantry officers.
