I recently registered after a long time lurking.

Thank you to everyone for the amazing content this website offers. When I rediscovered kettlebells last year I read all 138 pages of the "Evolution of Kettlebell Lifting in America" thread and found it highly educational and funny. I send quality content from "The Couch Thread" to my cult fit buddies as part of my weekly harassment program.

I also have a blog where I vomit forth what works for me if anyone wants to cuss or discuss the content.
