Hello sailors,
All your Christmas wishes have come true - yet another kattle ball fondling, strength-avoiding forum botherer has arrived.
33 yo male, 5"11, 80kg, blonde, blue eyes... Australian born, lived in England 15 years, now back in boganville Aus.
Been playing with kbs and posting shit (and training log) on DJs forum for years, change from one program to another approximately every 7-8 minutes. Have a 9 month old boy and therefore about 3 minutes a day to train.
Currently following Sonnon's OALC progression and last night hit 10 mins at 9 rpm with a wrong style 24kg.
Now I'm here take your knowledges and offer absolutely fuck all in return.

It appears you've slipped under the radar. I didn't know gay marriage was the norm in Aus. Congrats on the 9 mo. old son and raising him in a two parent family.
