You can scroll down a bit over half way to see the part in which Mike explains
his two positive tests. I don't know, but I know there are several board members
that are knowledgeable in either throwing, juicing or both.

LOL he and his team have been working on a response since the '90s. I tuned out after half of what he was putting out there given the nature of his sport.

Yeah, that was my gut feeling too.

I do know that my testosterone level had to be off the charts when I was 21 compared to now though.

Steroids are a HUGE political issue - not just US congress political but Sport Federation political (any sport). The amount of money involved from owners down to players, stadiums, and fans is staggering - and testers have made themselves a player in the game big time with serious money going to testing organizations. The idea that an organization in need of showing results "cooked the books" isn't all that far fetched and the early tests weren't worth much anyway - they had no real knowledge of how things were working and evidently "needed" a scapegoat at that point in time. One of many reasons Elite athletes are elite is more favorable hormone profiles I imagine - with or without any drug assistance. The "War on Drugs" in the general population has been so successful - I can't imagine why anyone expected this to work any better. The money flows from "super human" performances and as long as that money exists people will be doing whatever they can to get a piece of it.
