Introduction

FNG reporting in. Long time lurker here. Basically I'm a weak ass PhD student trying to get unweak. Currently hovering at 2 plate / 3 plate / 4 plate range in the big three lifts, with even shittier conditioning to boot. I want to push to 3/4/5 plates this year, and possibly get back to judo or take up boxing. Lab-geekdom takes its toll on the body and the mind, and I am looking to break out of that shit. So, there.
