The not-fake part is that Russians have dirt on him - but it's going to be financial or related to Flynn, not the unconfirmed reports that he's into wearing a gimp suit while large black men shit in his mouth.
Those are completely unconfirmed reports and I certainly hope that 'Trump gimp suit' doesn't find its way into Google searches at all.
