Tech Ninja help! I need to sign a contract and send it back online

I use windows 10 and can operate Google Docs, MS Cloud, and Dropbox. I have a touchscreen screen laptop.

So I get the contract as an attachment in email. Open it in Google Docs. Fill in the relevant info, but now have to sign it with a legally binding signature.

How do I do that?

TIA

Print it out, sign it, take a picture of the contract with your phone and convert it to pdf (I use Camscanner), and then send it.

If you have a smartphone, there is an app called SignEasy that I've used to sign & date documents via my iPhone.

It was a bit tricky to my non-techy self but I figured it out without too much pain.

I've used digital signatures in Adobe Acrobat on a couple of occasions, but I don't know if that would be acceptable in this case.

Just type in your name, put your social security number next to it for verification. Then send it to me, I'll fax it in for you.

If you can't trust Dik Tracy, who can you trust?
