I'm in Mexico. Intermittent internet. Will reply when I can. But... Jann and I weren't buddies. Screaming arguments. I was fired 6 times. Rehired. But Jann had a certain genius and while the book is generally well researched, it's written on a slant. When I look back on things, Jann was the first editor who believed in me.
