I can't tell if she's got chutzpah and or if she's meshugenah. Either way, I'd like to slap her so hard that the family diamonds come flying out of her asshole.

As with almost all videos, this starts in the middle of things and we have to assume what came before.
But if Asian lady did hit Caucasian lady's parked car, then she is the primary offender. Stupidity all around.

Not sure where you're going with that, I was clearing up an apparent misconception. Screaming racial epithets at a mother and small child is the bigger issue.

Waiting around, especially with your mother and daughter in tow, to confront someone who did no damage to your car is insane. That's almost up to the Eric Sparkes/Nathan Phillips level of crazy.
