$2000 like every year, deadline was December 1, but like every year, it doesn’t really matter, I pay for it and then make or eat the loss.

1. Please start the collection notification earlier, so that you can have the money first, and not pay out of your own pocket. You should not be holding the bag.

2. If we don't improve participation here, it may not be worth continuing. I regularly come here where there are 180+ "guests" and the board is freezing up, but maybe two or three people are active.
