This product is the subject of multiple threads but it belongs here for posterity. If you want a program that works for all levels of fitness from fat grandfatherly geezers to very fit athletes, this works.
7 simple movements strung together and each movement has four levels of difficulty. If I've done the math properly, that gives you 1,792 options for a single workout of the 7 movement sequence. Factor in timing and breathing and it's infinite.
I've never seen something so easy to use fully while providing a tailored dose of exertion. It hits the whole body, and has components of strength, cardio, flexibility, and coordination.
In time I plan to add Forward Pressure and/or Prasara into the mix.
