Haven't actually seen it but that doesn't stop me from declaring it one of the best films of next year, even if it's bad.

It's good to see Duane Johnson attempting to extend his range as an actor with these new roles...

He probably cries himself to sleep at night, for "selling himself out," and taking these terrible, fortune producing roles, instead of holding out for the roles that would reveal his dedication to the true art and craft of acting.

True...after years of mastering the subtleties of the "Peoples Elbow", the "Peoples Eyebrow", and his restrained yet evocative use of the pejorative gibroni were all high art. It's a sad to see him sell out for money.
BD's link is well worth following. It's a totally fascinating story.

Casting that movie would have been so easy.
"Dwayne, we have a role as a steroided up football/bodybuilder type who gets a half dozen one liners."
"Hey, Mark, you been working out?"
Hadn't seen the link BD posted when I started this - the story makes it even more interesting.

OK, that's a long read. Like a novella. And there are no heros. So it's interesting to see how they're going to make a movie without a hero. A comic/crime drama. It will be "based" on a real story.

warning to all...It's a great big long article. Would have made a brilliant film, everyone is dirty.
