Bought a rower on or about 1 May 2007. The rower collapsed ( broke into two pieces ) last week during a row.

E-mailed them describing the above and they sent a new front end assembly a few days later via UPS.

I have never had better service from any company I've dealt with my life.

Good on them. They've always been quick to respond with any question or issue I've ever had.

I've actually found similar service from several small U.S. companies run by enthusiasts. Rogue comes to mind.
