Fuck you must watch this show.
Mental illness, police corruption, illicit affairs, seedy underground San Francisco as part of the setting.
Total mind fuck at times, while sometimes being funny in a nervous sort of way.
Hugh Lurie (sp?) From House is the main. Gretchen Mol as the lady who hooks his attention.
Two thumbs in with a sac pinch, given the theme. Is that how the ratings go, shape?

Baff, that's exactly how they go...so this has to get a viewing. I've always had a little thing for Gretchen after her batshit crazy role on Boardwalk Empire...which seemed to me she played way too well.
