Finally found some of this at a local grocery after hearing greenghost rave about it on DD's nut forum. It's good shit. Comes in a 1 lb. package which I have simply been quartering and grilling in a pan. Unlike the local venison buffalo does not seem to require any special seasoning to make it palatable.

Highly recommended.
