Not the Craig we know, but another Craig that can spell, tie his own shoes, dates women, and runs an worldwide online personals and classified ad page.

Easy to navigate, good shit for sale, and they do a good job of policing the scam artist.

A great place to sell and buy things localy without having to deal with classified add rates or confusing E-bay commission schedules.

For you more adventurous souls, take a peak at the personnals and Gigs sections. The adult section nder "gigs" is some crazy shit.

Plus you can take a look at the "casual encounters" section of the personals and have a laugh at all the guys posting pics of their schlongs and complaining that only gay guys answered their previous ads.

CL only charges for real estate and job listings in a few cities, yet brings in twenty fucking million bucks per year. Craig says he has been offered over $100MM for it, and knows he could charge for more and in more cities, but wants to keep the original spirit of the site. Seems like a weird guy, though he is true to his values and not a sell-out. Not yet anyway.

Just today picked up a mint Schwinn Air dynne. Retail price 699.99, craigslist price 75.00. Lotta good deals.

I guess thats a good way to put it. Arms and legs going at the same time. You can let go of the handles and just do legs if you wanted to I guess.They are rugged , built to last kind of machines and I'm told that most if not all college wrestling weight rooms have a bunch of them. Thats a good enough endorsment for me. If you can get it cheap, grab it.

Airdynes are very smooth because there's no "frictional resistance" like a belt around a wheel or anything. It's all from the fan and the resistance increases smoothly as you push/pedal harder. Almost like an isokinetic machine. Same way the Concept 2 works, IIRC.

You can also vary the arms v. legs effort so that one does or does not burn out quicker than the other.

Plus the air fan blows a breeze back at you while you pedal. If you are like me (and I know I am), that is a real blessing; I can never work a regular stationary bike without generating a tsunami of sweat from the heat buildup, and the breeze from the Air Dyne lets me go hard at it without drowning in my own perspiration.
