This website is dying. Bram and MJS are the only ones putting up content on a frequent basis. Is there even a webmaster? There were fund drives for this site. That doesn't happen anymore. Nothing lasts forever, but this just might.

I heard this kind of music as a kid in 1953 when my babysitter played it. I hated it so much I walked out of the house and was gone long enough to have been kidnapped. She wouldn't have cared. My father would have been happy - one less mouth to spend money on. My mother was probably too fucked up to notice for a few days at least.

That other Irongarm was a holdover until this one got back up and running.

I love being able to write here. Haha, I also love that almost no one seems to read my words.

It's enough accountability to not say horrible, fucked-up, things. And so little interaction that I can puzzle through thoughts, without the process devolving into a typical social-media shitstorm. I will be super sad if this place eats the dust, but maybe I'll try and recreate another wasteland to post on if that happens.

And I would ask more questions of the collective, regardless of the general lack of response, but I'm in a habit of just asking people IRL.
