Please use anatomically correct claymation to illustrate the scene for the less imaginative among us.

I saw Dan John's comment on that blog. What was "The Workout That Shall Not Be Named"?

Simple & Sinister...he banned discussion of it on his forum because it sucks all the air out of any other KB-related topic.

I think it's the second video on this page. http://journal.crossfit.com/2005/10/the ... itup-g.tpl

I actually met her at the original CF Santa Cruz. A lot of the people there were cool as hell, but Budding and Castro were arrogant dickheads. Couch wasn't there.

This week GG made a return to the Crossfit games. Hasn't attended since he sold Crossfit.

Were people worshipping him, or were they like "Who's this old guy?"?

What's happened there? I thought Glassman and Castro were exiled while suave ex-Navy SEAL turned "Crush it. Grind it. Good." entrepreneur guy took it over and cleaned house after Floyd-19?

I follow Castro on Instagram and he's as much a part of it as he ever was? Were they tactically reinstated/welcomed back?

Castro was reinstated after they realized nobody else knew how to organize the games.

This is really funny too. Castro was promoting a book Glassman gave him about shoddy medical science not long ago. You could see the cleanskin corporate side cringing hahahaha.

GG has a few things going on
1. enjoying his family and friends
2. working on his "Broken Science Initiative" which is about the inability of most research to be replicated
3. helping an outside party work on a history of Crossfit

Apparently Barky has a .1% OnlyFans account. If true, she's probably made the biggest @Fit-related windfall of anyone who's not a Glassman.

Given the early themes of "No baby, leave the socks on," this seems appropriate.
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.

Who is she? I thought no one would eclipse AlisonNYC...or is it her by another name?

Someone drowned in the CF games yesterday. As a swim coach, I can't help but be outraged even if no one was clearly negligent.

Yeah, the longer the clown show goes on, the more pissed I get... Seeing a bunch of YouTubers/CFers making videos and trying to collect views with their fake grief about this dude's death is fucked up. I'm sure CF has a crack legal team, so they'll be okay. I hope CF does the right thing and gives the family gobs of money - won't bring the kid back, but yeah...

Boris, has Crossfit gotten smaller?

I worked out last month at a former Crossfit affiliate, just using the space as an open gym. I get the sense that a lot of people parted ways. That said, I continue to come across anecdotal stories of people getting injured in training.

Rest In Peace to the guy who passed. It seems that his death could have been avoided with better—perhaps even standard—safety services in place. Wonder if a criminal negligence suit will follow.

I don't know but it seems to be still going pretty strong. I have no real sense of scope anymore though - there are still CF boxes around my neck of the woods though many have come and gone over the past 15 years.

A suit would likely follow if the guy (and his family) were Americans. I imagine that unless his family lives here it would make legal proceedings a lot harder if they decided to pursue it. I hope CF will just give the family a boatload of $$ and issue numerous apologies and assurances nothing like it will ever happen again but maybe that won't happen (for legal/financial reasons). Who knows? I don't give a shit about CF but man, it's shitty. It's also kinda pathetic to see people telling Castro online that he's doing a great job right after SOMEONE FUCKING DIES.... But whatever.
