IGX

This little item is amazing. It's just the thing for my wiggy shoulder. It's for trigger point massage and it works incredibly well. I've tried rolling on balls, rollers, etc., and while these work to some degree I haven't found anything that works as well as this little gem. Possibly someone makes a better version of this but for $25 at Wally World it was the best money I've spent in a long time.
