Documentary about breast cancer, the various lobbies associated with breast cancer, and breast cancer marketing. The movie uses contrasts between the awareness movements and women with terminal breast cancer as a vehicle for pointed criticism-- kind of a 'do good v. feel good' comparison. It deals with what breast cancer is, what we know/don't know, where the money goes. Lots of interviews with prominent activists/advocates-- activists Brenner and Ehrenreich are great in this, but the movie manages to get in some subtle barbs at them as well.
I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed it. You can stream it on Netflix.
