Personally, I like the course. There is a very clear and thorough progression through various movement groups (pushups through handstand pushups, bodweight rows through ring training, etc.) and Brooks provides some fifty or so different routines to choose from. Certainly, if you took these exercises...

FWIW, I think snatches are the single best exercise you can do with a KB and have huuuuge carryover to any type of grappling. Even Karl Gotch, who has famously opposed weight training, uses repetition snatches in the training of wrestlers. It's a very powerful move.
