Fuck Andrey. When you snatch with the corckscrew the bell travels around your wrist on the way up, instead of flipping over. Takes less juice. Now post some pictures of your girl holding a sign that says: "I'd fuck Fat Cat for free." Thanks for the clarification. I had always used a corks...

That only happens when it's about Sonnhole or Rooby Racie. No slippage.
I am happy to, but it seemed like this thread still had some pertinence to training...if you prefer, I will move it.

Those are different than the ones that I am using, which are blue and have a different thumb. Those look nice.

Just fair. They have a lot of padding right accross the knuckles. This makes a long lever for wrist flexion, so if you hit inaccurately it can fuck up your wrist. Other than that, they are fine. When I put them on, I want to smash.

Relson gave them to me. Then Rhalan decided I hit too hard. Now nobody lets me hit them, so I just do bag work.

It's better to do at least some of your work with gloves to spare your hands. Even with the 4 oz. MMA gloves I hit hard enough to jack up my hands.

That's pretty ironic considering Chinese pretty much invented MA-specific resistance training. Silly gweilo.

The first time I heard of BOSU I was pretty unimpressed. Then I saw what Cotter could do with it and I pretty much changed my tune immediately. Something like that could be a dust collecting gimmick or an awesome tool, depending on how you use it. Have you used it with your clients yet Tom?
