Re: Dan John's new Never Let Go

I am really enjoying the book as well. I like Dan's writing style and this book is loaded with tons of great info. I am doing some of the tabata style workouts that Dan covers in the book using Hindu Squats and Goblet Squats which are simply brutal!

Thanks Shaf and also glad you like the newsletter. I am working on an issue to put out this week. The CC DVD footage is coming along and I think the final DVD will be a great product.

Re: Metallica- Death Magnetic

Metallica's new crappy album is just another reminder that we are in the dark ages of music. So much so that I laid down thousands to help Harley make an album. Sure, it is businesss and I want to make a nice return. However, it is also because I want to hear some real music with heart rather than a...

Re: Any of you bitches watch Son's of Anarchy?

Great acting and great script writing. I am not pulled in by the plot lines yet but it is growing on me and I think the show will continue to evolve.

Great line in the last episode: "He fucked everything with two pairs of lips" ha ha

Re: Metallica- Death Magnetic

Metallica sucks and they should do a tour with Henry Rollins called "selling out, getting rich, and trying to look like badasses tour" I am glad Jason Newstead left Metallica and had the integrity to go his own route. Anyway, fuck Metallica. Slayer beats them every time. While Slayer is no...

Re: Metallica- Death Magnetic

What I have heard on their website is very average. Certainly better than their last few albums but nothing great. Metallica peaked with Master of puppets and they have been downhill ever since. Even Rick Rubin could not save them. He took Slayer to the next level with Reign of blood in 86 but Metal...

Will do Dylan and I agree it is great to see some real hardcore music back. I will send you a copy of Harley's new CD/DVD set when it comes out. Should be soon.

I think a KB workshop taught by us with Harley's war live in the background during work sets would work well, ha ha

I think Rome is the best show that HBO ever put out. Rome season 2 was excellent. I did not think the ending was as strong as it could have been but overall the season was great.

Re: The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford

I agree the movie was painfully boring! They need to watch Unforgivin, Tombstone, and Young Guns to see westerns in recent history done right. 3:10 to Yuma was pretty damn good as well.
