I almost passed out when I got to the end credits and realized that GEORGE FUCKING ROMERO wrote and directed this piece of crap.

It is without a doubt the worst zombie film I have ever seen. The pitch: "It's 'Dawn of the Dead' meets 'Blair Witch!'"

Horrid writing, little bits of all Romero's films pieced together and badly reshot. I thought it was plagiarism until I realized that it was Romero doing it to himself.

You know how bad horror movies are driven by the actions of unbelievably stupid characters? The people in this movie display the razor-sharp cognitive skills of a box turtle with Down's Syndrome. Five minutes into this film I would have killed every other male character as an act of self-preservation and headed for the hills with the girls.

Avoid it.
