I got tired of looking for reading glasses every time I wanted to read something, so I gave contact lens monovision a try. The corrected lens goes on the non-dominant eye, giving you near vision with that eye and far vision with the dominant eye.

For long bouts of reading, reading glasses are still the way to go.
