Ironmind sells a product called Elephant Steps which are pulling blocs. $500 bucks with shipping.

I saw something posted a while ago about using these things made to drive the front wheels of your car up onto to change the oil instead. Bought some last week at Pep Boys for 39.99. They're rated for 8000lbs. Work great. Good hieght for me when doing hang stuff. Probably a 10-12".

Of course the Steps are nicer and are made so they can be three different hieghts etc....but for 39.99 thses are a great home gym addition.
