Google has the recipe. It's easy and you probably have everything you need right in your kitchen now. Might have to go to Home Depot to get the putty.
Just ask Google "How to make c4"

Take said C-4 and put in a plastic icecream container with BBs and ball bearings on top, add blasting cap and you have a cheap Claymore.

All I know is that it will only cost a tiny fraction to run my Devils Brigade of assassins than what it costs to run our military and the strategy much more effective.
