Unless they change the standards, almost impossible for a woman to pass.
Very difficult to change any SF standard.

Hell, you can allow anyone, even a monkey, to attend. How long they last is a different matter.
When the Ranger Instructor stands up at 3 am and says "This is your first Ranger run, its not graded! KEEP UP!" shit changes real fast.
